Directions

For children 50 to 100 lbs: Take one (1) tablet daily as a maintenance supplement to promote healthy digestion. If taking two or more tablets, take half in the morning and half in the evening. Culturelle can be taken with or without food at any time of day. For children over 100 lbs: Take Culture Digestive Health capsules as directed on package. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Culture must not exceed 75 degrees F.
