Directions

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) gummy vitamins per day. Product can be stored at room temperature, best if refrigerated after opening. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture.

Two gummies contain: An excellent source of DHA. Contains 50 mg per serving which is 31% of the suggested daily intake of 160 mg of DHA. Also contains as much folic acid as 5 cups of cooked spinach.
